01 · Digital audio console

With USB output

Your existing console, no need to change it. It connects via USB cable and sends the audio of each channel live — compatible with Allen & Heath, Behringer, Yamaha, and more. No channel limit: use everything your console allows.

This is what each channel looks like: kick, snare, hi-hat, vocals, monitor mixes (Mon 1–4), and in-ears, all in real time.

02 · Computer

USB connection

A computer at your church receives the signal from the console via USB and runs the link to the cloud. It doesn't need to be special equipment — as long as it's connected to the console and the internet, that's enough.

Installed just once: you choose your audio and video input, and the link keeps running in the background.

03 · Internet

Wired or WiFi

Your church's regular internet connection, no special router or extra equipment needed. It's the uplink to Mixing Station and the downlink for real-time console control.

04 · Remote engineer

On the other end, a real person

From their browser, the engineer listens to your mix and moves faders, EQ, and compression — the changes appear on your church's physical console with a control latency of 50–200 ms.

Remote console control works the same with every brand on the list. Live talkback (hearing the engineer through your speakers in real time) is available only on Presonus StudioLive S3 consoles.

Is this only for remote mixing exclusively for my church's livestream?

It's not exclusive to streaming — it's also used for monitor (in-ear) mixing.

Do I need internet?

Yes, it's essential. It doesn't have to be the fastest connection — whatever you use for streaming works fine.

If I don't have a volunteer sound engineer assigned, can this service solve that for me?

Yes, absolutely. You go from having no one to having an expert available every time.

What happens if the internet goes down during the service?

Your console keeps working locally even if the remote connection drops — the sound doesn't stop. Your on-site team can take manual control at any moment.

Do I need to buy a new console?

No — if you already have a compatible digital console (Allen & Heath, Behringer, Yamaha, and others — see the full list above) you don't need new equipment.

What's the difference between the $50 consultation and the $170 monthly mixing plan?

The consultation is a one-time 90-minute session over Meet to resolve technical or mixing questions. The monthly plan is an engineer controlling your console live every service.

Is there a way to hear the engineer giving live instructions in real time through my speakers?

Yes, it's possible if you use a Presonus StudioLive S3 console — it's the most interactive way to solve problems instantly. Remote mix control works the same with any compatible console, but this live talkback is exclusive to the S3.
